Sharing quilt projects #3

I am really trying to figure out just what I worked on this week! The older I get, the faster time goes by. I’ve been doing some yard work and house cleaning which isn’t as much fun as quilting but has to be done….once in a while.

I do have some beautiful quilt projects made by others to share with you today.

My project this week

Last week I mentioned that I came up with a different block while working on the River Scraps quilt block tutorial.

Pinwheel River Scraps

Here is the block but I don’t have the tutorial done yet. I just added a pinwheel block to the center. I am thinking I’ll use this block and make a table runner…you can never have too many!

Morning Glory quilt block

Suzanne shared a block that she made with the Morning Glory quilt block tutorial. I can’t wait to see what she makes with this!

Scrappy Butterfly quilt

Minnie shared her quilt that she is hand-quilting. She started it 5 years ago and it reminds me of my Scrappy Butterfly quilt tutorial and also the Vintage Butterfly Baby quilt that I quilted for a friend.

Sharing Pets

All of you love seeing photos of Mr. Mickey and Miss Sadie and often I have received photos of your pets, I thought it would be fun to include one here.

Mr. Whittaker

Jeannine sent me this precious photo of her dog Mr. Whittaker who is a Havanese and reminded her of our Miss Sadie. We aren’t sure what kind of dog she as we found her almost four years ago in a ditch.
