Jelly Roll Check Fast and Easy Free Quilt Pattern
Have you ever noticed how much I like fast and easy quilt patterns? All of the designs I create usually include “Fast & Easy” in the description.
Today I’m taking part in another fun QAL with Fat Quarter Shop. This time I chose to use some of my leftover batiks from Pat Sloan’s Sunday Drive Batiks collection. The leftovers were from my Morning Glory Quilt and thought it would be fun to use them up.
The Fat Quarter Shop is running a sale on Jelly Rolls! They are 15% off when you use the code JELLYROLL 15 – this offer ends April 26th at midnight CST and only be used once. Great Sale!!I thought I’d use up all my leftovers fabrics but……..I have leftovers from this new project…..wonder what I can make with them!
I also used Aurifil thread in a beautiful mustard color for the quilting. It blended perfectly with all of the fabrics.
I found a perfect backing in my stash. It is a very soft yellow with a tan dot.
Originally I was going to use the white batik but I decided to use the teal print instead. I now have two quilts made with the Sunday Drive batik collection.
Be sure to stop by the Jolly Jabber and see what others have created and then visit Fat Quarter Shop and grab your free Jelly Roll Check pattern. The collection used in the pattern is Merrily by Gingiber for Moda.
I use affiliate links. At no additional cost to you, when you make a purchase I may get a small commission. Your support is very appreciated. Thank you!
