Do you like making fabric baskets as much as I do? These batik strippy catch all baskets take no time at all to make!
Belinda from Samplings of a Blue Ribbon Girl designed this pattern for AccuQuilt and it is very easy it was to make!I love shopping my stash…..having that bolt of fusible fleece and plenty of batiks made it easy to start and finish this project.
I though you might like to see how you cut off the corners of your piece.
I can’t throw the corners away……I might do a little free-motion quilting on them…another day.
Isn’t this cute! A little basket holding some of my dies!
So……..have you made one of these yet?? I would love to see it.

This was the first project I made when I became a Island Batik ambassador and you know what……I still love this group of fabrics! You can read about my Island Flower wall hanging that I made using Berry Christmas by Island Batik. I also used my AccuQuilt GO! and dies for it.

Connie,
Happy New Year and thank you for all your exquisite designs you have chosen to share with so many. You are so talented and generous. In response to question about the ability to download your designs, you have corrected the problem. Again, thank you so much.

It's not a free pattern if you have to buy something. I don't have a die cutter or any kind but I would love to make the basket for my daughter.
