Do you like making fabric baskets as much as I do? These batik strippy catch-all baskets take no time at all to make!
Belinda from Samplings of a Blue Ribbon Girl designed this pattern for AccuQuilt and it is very easy it was to make! I love shopping my stash…..having that bolt of fusible fleece and plenty of batiks made it easy to start and finish this project.
I thought you might like to see how you cut off the corners of your piece.
I can’t throw the corners away……I might do a little free-motion quilting on them…another day.
Isn’t this cute! A little basket holding some of my dies!
So……..have you made one of these yet?? I would love to see it.
This was the first project I made when I became an Island Batik ambassador and you know what……I still love this group of fabrics! You can read about my Island Flower wall hanging that I made using Berry Christmas by Island Batik. I also used my AccuQuilt GO! and dies for it.
