Mini Madness continues with mini quilts! In January I made the Crystal Cove Swirl Away block. I decided to go ahead and turn it into a mini quilt. I really like this block in these beautiful batiks from Island Batik.

Last month I shared my Crystal Cove Caravan quilt  which was made from the same Crystal Cove collection.

This little guy isn’t going to replace Iggy but this quilt is only 12 inches square and if I had laid it on Iggy…….I am sure it would have blown away!

Since this was a Aurifil designer block I felt it was best to do the quilting with Aurifil thread.  As always, my piecing and quilting was done on my vintage 15-91 Singer sewing machine.

Save this for later!

I'll email you this post so you can come back to it later.

Don't worry, I promise not to spam you.
