Bella Skillbuilder Month 10 Finishing Quilt!
This post may contain affiliate links which won’t change your price but will share a commission. It is hard to believe that I started the Bella Skillbuilder QAL 10 months ago and this is month 10 finishing the pattern, sewing all of the neat blocks together, and then adding the borders. I love how this quilt turned out! Did you take part in the Bella Skillbuilder Quilt Along hosted by the Fat Quarter Shop?

Bella Skillbuilder Month 10 Finishing Quilt!
Last night the wind died down and Builder Bob helped me take a couple of photos on the deck.
It has been very windy here the last few days and I didn’t know when I was going to be able to take a photo outside without my Bella Skillbuilder quilt flying away.
I’m not sure how I will quilt this…..maybe just an easy overall design, what do you think?
Can you see the Mississippi river in the background? Not many boats out there anymore….getting too cold.
While taking the photos I tried to get a good one of Sadie……things don’t change…..she still refuses to look at me when I have the camera. We have decided to keep her coat short this year, she never goes outside for long and we have some cute coats she can wear if it is really, really cold.
Be sure and visit Fat Quarter Shop’s blog the Jolly Jabber to visit the links to the other quilters taking part in the Bella Skillbuilder QAL.
You can find all the information and patterns from previous months on the Bella Skillbuilder Quilt Along page!

I love Sadie and how “coy” she is. Lovely Quilt Connie Dear. Your finish will be just right! <3
Beautiful quilt! I would quilt each of the monthly blocks with a different, custom pattern…but that’s what I always do!! It is so much harder for me to see an all-over pattern for a quilt. Can’t wait to see what you do with it!
Wonderful skill builder
Beautiful Connie, nice lay out too!,
Beautiful quilt. I made a Christmas one last year with those colors. Aqua and red was just not a combination I thought I would like, but it does look great together. Sadie will look adorable in a little coat this winter.
Love the quilt and Sadie and your beautiful home.
I love the color combination you chose…beautiful! Sadie sure is a cutie!
That looks so pretty, Connie. The colors you used are beautiful. Yes, it looks like it is going to be even colder next week. The boaters will certainly stay off the water. Sadie will appreciate the shorter hair if she has a nice sweater to keep warm.
