Beautiful Batiks

It was hard to decide which of the Sunflower Spice batiks I wanted to use for my quilt project as all of the colors are so neat.

I finally decided to go with a warm grouping of red, yellow and orange for this table topper.

Sawtooth Star Quilt Blocks

One of my favorite quilt blocks to make is the Sawtooth Star and I do have a tutorial for it.

Diamond in a Square

I made some teeny tiny 2-inch Diamond in a Square quilt blocks for the corners. Here is a great photo of the sunflower batik that I used for my border.

Sunflower Spice Wall Hanging

My quilted piece is 25″ x 25″ and would have a beautiful wall hanging also. I am almost finished with the pattern and hope to have it done by the end of the blog hop.

Dogs on Quilts

We have been watching my daughter’s dog all weekend and I tried to get a photo of her and Rusty on my quilt. It didn’t work out to well.

Just Me and the Dogs

My granddaughter came over to pick up Tasha and I asked her to take a photo of me with the dogs by the wall hanging. I think she did a great job.
