Red is the color for February and it can be any shade and you can make any quilt block or quilt project – it doesn’t have to be the Churn Dash quilt block.

Red Churn Dash Block

Here is my red Churn Dash quilt block. I used a mixture of batiks and cotton quilting fabrics. I do this quite often. The white is a premium muslin.

You can download the PDF for the block.

Several people sent me their photo as they didn’t have a blog. I can’t add anyone to the Linky Party sorry, but you can upload a photo.

  1. The red churn dash blocks look so pretty. Not sure which I like best either, but the will look great together in a finished quilt.
