Have you ever made a quilt out of corduory? When I first started quilting I made several quilts out of corduroy for my family and they loved them.

Uncommonly Corduroy: Quilt Patterns, Bag Patterns, and More by Stephanie Dunphy was sent to me by Martingale to review. There are 17 fun projects in the book and great information on working with corduroy for the first time. All of the projects can also be made out of cotton fabrics.

The quilt on the cover is shown two different ways and is a great way to use Dresden Plates in a quilt. There are full-size templates included in the book.
