Sew Sampler May 2025

I am way behind in opening my Sew Sampler subscription boxes from Fat Quarter Shop so my posts and videos may be out of order. This is the Sew Sampler May 2025 subscription box and the fabrics are beautiful in it!

Here is a quick look at what is in the Fat Quarter Shop Sew Sampler box for May. This is a monthly subscriptions that costs $29.95 plus shipping. My shipping costs $6.75. You are able to unsubscribe at any time.

Cottage Garden

The theme of this box is Cottage Garden and the fabrics are from the Abloom collection by Corey Yoder for Moda Fabrics. Included in the box was a Jolly Bar. The Abloom Jolly Bar consists of 42 – 5″ x 10″ cuts of fabric.

Spring Vibes Woven Sew In Labels

There was also 8 woven labels by Minki Kim that can be added to your quilt projects.

Abloom Quilt Panel

Corey Yoder also designed a cute cross-stitch panel that is 35″ x 42″. It could be used alone or with the pattern included in this month’s box.

Gateau

This is the quilt pattern that uses the quilt panel and Abloom fabrics.

Quilt Notes

This is a small notebook of grid paper that you can use. It also includes handy quilter’s reference charts and a 5 inch ruler. (I didn’t realize that was in the back of the one I got last year). Quilt Notes by Karen Kay Buckley

Flowering Quilt Along

Last month a new quilt along started. This is block #2. This makes a 18 1/2-inch quilt block and there is a new one every month. I had better look at my April box and get more information on this as I really like this block.
