Happenings #16 In My Studio

October has seemed to fly by. This is my favorite time of year although this year it has been warmer than I like. I love having the windows open and fresh air.

Rusty has been happy to go on walks the last few days and as always, he is happy to pose with a new quilt.

I have never seen a sumac that color! Beautiful. You are a little ahead of us with color but it’s finally happening here too.

Pretty quilt, Connie! And, I love that Sumac bush. The leaves are gorgeous. I bet Rusty is enjoying the cooler weather. Chloe has been enjoying it here too. It’s good to see him looking so happy on that quilt. Hope you are enjoying your new red quilting machine! It’s really cute. Love your new fall pic with Rusty and Mr. Mickey. Very cool! Have a great week.

    1. Thanks Brenda,Rusty and I are both enjoying the cooler weather for walks. I actually quilted 2 quilts on my new longarm last week, a record!

  3. The string applique pieces are so cute!! This is my favorite time of year too. Yesterday was damp and chilly. We’re expecting some rain today and tomorrow, which is OK by me.
