20 DIY Projects for the 4th of July

The 4th of July is in a couple of weeks and I thought this would be a great time to share some tutorials for quilting and DIY projects that you might want to create. Many of them are for quilting but I found a couple that I couldn’t resist sharing.

I recently ordered some flag bunting for our deck and never even thought about making them myself – there is a link to a tutorial below for flag bunting. Our deck is huge and I have six 6 foot long buntings coming. When I get them I’ll be sure had put a picture of them on this post.

Enjoy!

Hello Connie; Sorry about being a day late on commenting. I ended up getting very side tracked yesterday on finishing up the last of my blocks for my California King Quilt I am making. I was even going to post on your share day, only my pictures just did not turn out. I will get my husband to take the pictures and then go from there. I pinned quite a few of these fabulous projects and I am not a big Red, White and Blue creator. Have always loved the holiday and what it stands for, just never really got into decorating. I sure want to thank you though for sharing each and every one of these projects. I hope that I can make the tea towel sometime soon. Plus, one of the star quilts for a special Uncle who served. Is there any of these projects that you plan on making? Have a great day!
