Zig Zag Quilt
This post may contain affiliate links which won’t change your price but will share a commission.I have a new project that I am working on that is using a bright and colorful grouping of fabrics. This is made with a charm pack of Fancy by Lily Ashbury. I can’t remember how long ago I bought it and wish I would have taken a picture when I opened up the charm pack as the colors were so neat. Using this up will open up a little….room in my stash.
I decided a fast and easy zigzag pattern made with half square triangles would be perfect for showing off the fabrics.
I wanted to add some sashing in between the rows and here you can see where I laid the rows on a piece of muslin before I decided how wide to cut the sashing.
Now I just need to get it quilted!
Love the quilt. I want to make this quilt. Where do I find the free book from Craftsy that you talked about? Link not clickable on my computer.
Looks so bright and colorful!!!! Makes me feel happy.
Love the look of having the sashing strips in this top. Might just have to hit the sewing room.
