City Sidewalk Block
This is the 2nd week of the Very Vintage Christmas sew along celebrating Lori Holt’s newest book Vintage Christmas hosted by Fat Quarter Shop.
All of the blocks in Lori’s new book are so neat! I am sharing the City Sidewalk block that I made with using some fabrics that I had in my stash.
Save this for later!
Don't worry, I promise not to spam you.
There are two different sizes for each block in the book. I decided to go with the 12 inch block. This block would look great placed in a quilt project diagonally also.
You’ll find easy to follow step by step directions for everything in the Vintage Christmas quilt book.
Be sure and visit the other quilters that are sharing blocks today.
Week 2 – Friday, November 2
- Cozy Star Block – Jina of Jina Barney Designz
- Dolly Block – Cynthia of Dream, Quilt, Create
- Fresh Cut Tree Block – Debbie of Happy Little Cottage
- Gingerbread House Block – Kerry of Very Kerry Berry
This is such a sweet block with vintage fabrics. I am shocked at how fast this entire year is passing by. November Blessings Dear…<3
Hello Connie, Your block is so pretty! It will make a great Christmas quilt all by itself. Are you going to make all of the blocks along with the FQS? Have a spectacular day and thank you for sharing!
Love this block and the fabrics you chose. I’ve been coveting this book the past couple of weeks and may just break down and buy it.
