You have your choice of two different quilt patterns to make with the fabrics. I think I will be making the tote bag soon!

Wooly Pressing Mat and Cleaner

I always use a wool pressing mat when ironing, I have a huge one that is 22″ x 60″ and covers almost all of my ironing table. This is a cute little one that would be great to take to a retreat.

There was also a wool mat cleaning tool. I have never used one, it says to drag the cleaning blade across the surface of your wool mat to remove stray threads and lint. This will come in handy!

Quilting Calendar 2025

There was a cute quilting calendar for 2025. This is from Riley Blake and includes links to the quilt projects shown in the calendar. That reminds me that I will soon be uploading my 2025 quilting calendar to my site. You can still get the rest of the months for 2024.

Save this for later!

I'll email you this post so you can come back to it later.

Don't worry, I promise not to spam you.

Magic Seam Wand

The Magic Seam Wand by June Tailor can be used to perfectly press seam allowances and have flatter seams. I always use my Tailor’s Clappers when pressing seams and have several large ones.

Honey Bees and Flowers Please

The fabrics are called Honey Bees and Flower Please by Tara Reed for Riley Blake I found them at Green Fairy Quilts, just search for the name of the collection.

I also received a small spool of 50wt Aurifil thread in a cream color.

  1. Wonderful new toys!!!!!! Looks like some really nice Holiday gifts as well. Thanks

  2. I’ve used one of the little “magic wands” for a long time. It’s great for small pieces or foundation piecing so you don’t have to keep going to the ironing board. Haven’t heard of the Quilted Cow, but I’ll check them out!
