Pastel Sheer Bliss Hopscotch Baby Quilt

I have another Sheer Bliss baby quilt but this time it is made with a soft, cream background and you get a completely different look. I also made this baby quilt a little bigger.

Stucco Cream Background

The background is called Stucco Cream which is a Fundamental by White Owl Textiles. Missouri Star Quilt Co. sent me the fabrics to make both of my baby quilts.

Different Size Baby Quilts

This baby quilt is 44″ x 56″ while the blue baby quilt is 44″ x 44″.

I don’t remember why I made the baby quilts different sizes, but it does show you how you can make the Hopscotch quilt pattern any size you like.

Hopscotch Baby Quilt is truly stunning. I love it in both color waves, but a bit partial to the pastels. Very versatile design, which could also be a great tool for stash busting.

Hi Connie: Your newest baby quilts are stunning! I love each of them. It has been a while since I have checked in with you my friend. In April while at watercolor class I fell hard on a wooden floor. Ended up in the hospital four days. I have three broken bones on my Pelvis and three broken bones on my Sacrum. The pain has been intense and taken all of my energy and ambition. I finally feel human again. Happy to see you are in Creative Bliss! Love and Gentle Hugs, Sherry

  3. It looks very pretty in the light colors too. I like to make my baby quilts around 40×50” for cribs or floor use.
