I am so excited to once again be a Island Batik Ambassador in 2017! There is nothing better than impatiently waiting and waiting for a box of beautiful batik goodies to arrive. The products featured in this post were given to me by Island Batik. Thank you Island Batik!
Many of the other ambassadors had already received theirs and I got sneak peeks at them. Every time I saw a box I kept thinking how much I liked what they had received…..what would I get??
Yesterday this box came and wow! Look at all of the beautiful fabrics and….threads! You know how I love bright colors!
Here is a better peek at what I’ll be working with. Notice the Coastal Mist? I just did a blog hop for Tamara and made a Star Flower wall hanging with those neat fabrics! I already have some ideas of what I’ll do with these.
I love being a Island Batik Ambassador!
I will be working on some Kennel quilt projects this month with some of my batiks.
There were 2 packages of Stash Builders in my box, I can’t wait to open these up! You can buy the Island Batik Stash Builders at Hancock’s of Paducah. (no affiliate) You get 5 rolls in a pack and there are approximately 2.8 yards in the pack. I just found that out when I went to Hancock’s of Paducah.
I’ll also be making a Galentine’s Day mug rug…..have you heard of Galentine’s Day? It is the 13th of February and is also my best friend’s birthday! I’m sure it will be for her. These are perfect fabrics for it.
That is all I can show you right now, you’ll have to wait to see the rest of the beautiful Island Batik fabrics that are in my box. I thought it would be fun to show you some of the things I have received in my past ambassador boxes.
Take a closer peek at the other Island Batik boxes of batik fabrics I have received as an amabassador! Thank you Island Batik!

Thanks Teri! Island Batik posts a application in late December or early January, I’ll mention it on my blog when it happens!
