January Free Printable Calendars
Sometimes it is fun to look back at my blog. I can’t think of a better place to keep a journal with photos. I originally started my blog back in 2007 when I was doing digital scrappbooking and wanted a place to share what I was working on as I was on several creative teams. My sewing machines had been packed away but I could be creative with just my computer.
It looks like I stopped blogging in 2008 and 2009 but my blog was still sitting there…..waiting for me to return. In 2010 we moved to where we live now and I decided to finally set up a quilt room where I could work. Back then I was doing a lot of scrappy things using up old fabrics that I had.
That was the year that I did my 1st Bonnie Hunter mystery quilt Roll, Roll, Cotton Boll. It took me a couple of years to finish it but it is one of my favorite quilts.
I also found a site called Stash Manicure, does anyone remember it?? Quilters shared tutorials and projects in blog hops. Madame Samm took it over and it became Sew We Quilt. I remember finally getting my courage up and taking part in her blog hops, I learned a lot from them and had a lot of fun.
Now the site is called Sew We Stitch and Madame Samm shares stitchery projects. It is always neat to see how blogs change and evolve. Many blogs aren’t updated anymore and you wonder…..are they gone for good? Some may but others might be taking a break like I did and will come back!
Oh boy, I’m rambling! The whole purpose of this post is to share a printable January Calendar and I got sidetracked…..just like I do when I’m quilting. I want to combine my love of quilting, photography, and digital images and share an occasional printable. Here are a couple of January calendars.
I hope you like the Free Printable Calendars! These are 8.5 x 11 calendars.

Love the January Calendar. Cannot wait to see February’s
Thank you for the calendar. I chose the teal colored one. I like the picket fence pattern, so I downloaded it.
Thank you for the calendars! ? I used to scrapbook and make cards and all kinds of crafts .. but I deployed from 2009-2011 and life changed when I returned. I couldn’t do what I had done prior to and had to start a new. Ran across a MSQC video and got hooked (and met Jenny at 2 retreats) yep, dusted my machine off i and here I am today …came across your blog in the last year and have enjoyed reading and seeing your projects !! Thank you !
Pleasant road you’ve traveled, Connie. I remember when you cut your hair. I have long grey hair. LOL Cut it short a few times and loved it. Ready to do it again. That placemat is different and I’m ready to make it. Thank you for all the help and patterns, etc., you’ve shared over the years.
OOh I LOVE the calendars Connie! I had to print both of them. Thank you for not making about 10 for us to choose from or I’d probably have a calendar wall in my hallway. LOL Are you going to make new ones each month for us or will I have January 2017 on my wall all year long? 🙂
I really like the placemats. I’m very much hoping to make a tulip wall hanging for my MIL for Mother’s Day. Of course, I had planned to make it for her last year and kinda missed. We even went shopping and bought all the fabrics needed according to the pattern. I am thinking maybe if there is some fabrics left from making the wall hanging that I might be able to make those placemats to match.
It is interesting to hear the blog trail you are traveling…and I am grateful you continue to blog. Thank you for the printable January calendar page. Continued Creative Bliss Dear…
Thank you for the calendar. They are so pretty!
