Feathered Kaleidoscope Quilted Wall Hanging

This was designed using Kaleidoscope Kreator 3 and Island Batik fabrics. I think it looks kind of neat with all the fall decorations outside. The weather was a perfect fall day.
I decided to use the orange batik for the binding in the Kaleidoscope Quilted Wall Hanging.
Here is a peek at the back. I used cotton batting and muslin on the back.
Can’t forget a Iggy photo.
Just another photo of the wall hanging out on the deck.
This was made using the beautiful batiks left over from my Summer Flowers quilt and they worked perfectly with this feather design. Summer Flowers is a 44″ x 60″ inch quilt that combined string piecing and flower applique. There are 10 full size flowers in my pattern. The fabrics are batiks from Island Batik called the Flower Fields collection.
We saw this beautiful riverboat going upriver yesterday. It is called the Celebration Belle, the people were taking a Fall Foliage cruise from Moline, IL to Muscatine, IA and back. Here you can see the shoreline and the boat in the distance. I love living along the Mississippi River!

Великолепно!
The back is just as pretty as the front, GORGEOUS! I'm not a big fan of orange but I like this one ALOT.
Stunning!
You have a two sided quilt-the back looks like a wholecloth, great stitching! How big did this turn out?
This is so beautiful Connie and Iggy wears it well! Hope you have a good day. lv2bquilting2@comcast.net
It is always a delight to see your finished projects! This one is spectacular, the fabrics you chose for the applique just adds so much depth and character alone. Yet, you went and added the most brilliant quilting that makes this quilt exceptionally spectacular! Of course, your flower quilt is beautiful also. Plus, I just get a kick out of your Iggy pictures. Thank you for sharing and have a wonderful creative day!
That is truly stunning, Connie. I have loved watching it become the beauty it is.
