I didn’t realize how many different ones were available and I’ve been signing up for several for next year. I was able to purchase the 2024 Soft Squares Advent Box A and want to share with you what was in it. I also did a video!
2024 Soft Squares Advent Box A
I have been seeing a lot of Advent Boxes this year and couldn’t resist buying the 2024 Soft Squares Advent Box. There were 12 different gift wrapped packages in the box. Let’s take a look and see what I received.
The cost of the Soft Squares Advent box was $165 plus shipping and there are still some available. They are also taking reservations for the 2025 Advent box A and 2025 Advent box B and I signed up for both of them for next year.
Advent Day 1
Advent Day 1 contained several quilt patterns and some stickers in a clear envelope.
Advent Day 2
Advent Day 2 was fun to open! There was a charm pack of beautiful fabrics called Bellissimo, a large 50wt spool of Aurifil thread and a cute little zipper pouch.
Advent Day 3
Advent Day 3 had a clock to make, just make a 9 inch quilt block using the pattern or a favorite quilt block of your own for the face of the clock. This will be fun to make!
Advent Day 4
Advent Day 4 was a Stash n Store with Soft Squares logo on the front. I have several of these already and they are great to keep by your sewing machine.
Advent Day 5
Advent Day 5 was a quilt book from Annie’s Quilting called One Day Quilts which has 13 quick & easy quilt projects.

Watch me open the Advent box!
Advent Day 6
Advent Day 6 had a cut little pouch which will be great to use for a small quilt project. Inside was Lori Holt’s Wrist Pin Cushion and Pins by Riley Blake.
Advent Day 7
Advent Day 7 was another pouch with some Fusible Fleece, zippers, zipper pulls, some small labels and a yard of pre-printed fabric.
Save this for later!
Don't worry, I promise not to spam you.
Advent Day 8
Advent Day 8 was a grid notebook, a pencil case and little gold paper clips that were sewing machines and the word Sew. These are from a seller on Etsy.
Advent Day 9
Advent Day 9 contained 8 fat quarters of fabric. There wasn’t a quilt project that used them, I think they are just additions to your stash. I really like the colorful stripe and with 2 fat quarters this would be great for binding.
There was also a slotted rotary ruler for making half-square and quarter square triangles. I know many people like this type of ruler but I don’t. Maybe I’ll try it again.
Advent Day 10
Advent Day 10 was a kit for a table runner. Everything was in a zipper pouch and the pattern is by cute.
Advent Day 11
Advent Day 11 was something I have never seen before. It was a 1/2 yard of fabric that is supposed to be used as binding.
Advent Day 12
Advent Day 12 was the final day of the Advent box and I received 2 yards of white fabric. The fabric is from Riley Blake Designs basic line called Confetti Cotton. I can always use white fabric for my quilt projects.

How fun to have a fun package to open each day! It looks like there are a lot of fun goodies in there.

Thanks Kathy, I’ve signed up for several boxes for next year!
Wow! This is the first time I’ve heard of an advent box. But, I’ll say you sure did get your money’s worth. And they included a lot of variety and things you can actually use.
Oh my gosh Mary, there are all kinds of them and I’ll be doing more next year!
You got some nice goodies in this box. I’ve not heard of this company. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks Sharon, I hadn’t heard of them before either. I signed up to get both boxes next year!
