Scattered as 2 Baby Quilts

Scattered is a perfect quilt in any size and I just finished 2 baby quilts using the pattern. We had a beautiful day so I took them outside and hung them on our fence. My trusty sidekick Rusty approves!

I had some black and white fabrics that worked for the backings. This one is a small paisley-type design and I used leftover fabrics from the quilt to make a rainbow binding. I really like the binding on this one!

I had a neat black and white dotted fabric that I used as the backing on this one. I also used more of the backing fabric for the binding. I’m not sure how I like this one.

Here is the back, I forgot to fold over the backing on the front like I did the other quilt.

It was windy, I always think it is neat to see a quilt billowing in the wind.

These would be cute for a baby and make excellent picnic quilts.

  7. I need to turn my clock back a couple years to catch up on all my sewing. Turning them backis always fun – losing them in Spring is the hard part! Love this stained glass look and the pattern is so well written! Thanks and thanks to the Model Extraordinaire!

Rusty looks so happy. You can put me in the weight gain category, too! Fozzie is shaped like a little football and Graci is getting a little plump. Maggie is still hanging in there. I, too, love setting the clocks back. Hate having to set them ahead. I just wish they would leave the time alone. Hope your cardiology visit goes well. Take care.
