Jelly Belly Bars Quilt
4 different sizes
The lap quilt is easily made with any jelly roll or set of 2½” strips and 1 yard of fabric for the center of the blocks.
Shopping for fabrics
I had fun shopping at Fat Quarter Shop and picking out the perfect quilt fabrics for this quilt.

The blocks are very easy to make, it took no time at all to make all of the blocks. The quilt fabrics in the Wildflower Boutique collection are beautiful, you’ll want to grab the 2½ inch jelly roll before they are gone!
My Jelly Belly Bars quilt will measure 54½” x 60″ which makes a perfect lap quilt size. You’ll also find a crib quilt, twin size and a queen size quilt in the pattern. If you decide to make the twin or queen size quilt, you will need 2 jelly rolls. Yardage information can be found in the pattern, did I mention that it is free?
I didn’t get the quilt quilted but don’t worry, I’ll update this post once that is done.
Be sure and visit The Fat Quarter Shop blog where you’ll learn more about this fun quilt and see what it looks like in other fabrics as each quilter taking part in the Jelly Belly Bar Quilt Along had their choice of fabrics to work with.
I had fun taking a few pictures with Mr. Mickey, I just love the colors and fabrics in this collection!
Bullwinkle the moose didn’t mind having his picture taken with the quilt, Mr. Mickey…..not so much. Be sure to check me out on Instagram where I’ll be sharing more photos of the Jelly Belly Bars quilt and of course Mr. Mickey.
