Intertwined in many colors

I pieced together all the blocks and after I took this photo I added on the borders but it was too late for a photo. Next is to get it all quilted, I have it ready to go and that is my project for tomorrow.

I really love the beautiful batiks in this and it has actually become more of a teal color than blue with the addition of the fat quarters I used. The pinwheels are dark brown and a light yellow batik. I think this shows the true colors the best.

This pattern by Cozy Quilt used the strip tube ruler and is called Intertwined.

Then I started playing in Photoshop for a “what if I had used different colors” and here are some I came up with. Which is your favorite?

One more…..

Don’t you wish we could make “real” quilts that easy!
