Fiesta quilt pattern
This is a quilt that I really enjoyed making. Fiesta is a pattern that uses traditional blocks with the blocks set on point.
I used the Twilight Blush collection from Island Batik which has beautiful colors in the collection.
I have the quilt hanging on our metal garage door in this photo. I wrote about how to do this in my Garage Door Design Wall post.
I sure wish our grass was this green right now……and as warm out!
Fiesta quilt pattern
Size 53″ x 65″
The quilt pattern uses the Triangle in a Square block and I have included a template in the pattern for you to use. I actually used my AccuQuilt electronic die cutter and the #55027 – 3″ Triangle in a Square die which makes fast work of cutting out the pieces. You can also use the Tri-Rec templates if you have them.
Fiesta is a fast, easy and fun quilt to make. My pattern includes full color diagrams to walk you through each step. I also include a black/white diagram that can be colored in your choice of colors.
Once again I thought it would be fun and also helpful to show you what this quilt would look like if you used different colors and fabrics.

It’s really pretty. And I feel the same….I wish our grass was green too instead of white.

What a great looking quilt Connie! And I just happen to have the die you’ve used too so if I get brave we’ll see what happens. I did put it on my list of quilts I want to attempt though. I really like the way it looks.
