Linky Tuesday February 5th 2019
Welcome to another Linky Tuesday at Freemotion by the River!
Are you staying warm? Our temperatures got up into the forties over the weekend and a lot of our snow melted. This morning we heard on the news that we have an ice storm coming so Builder Bob will be heading to town this morning for a few things and then will get our generator out of our storage shed and make sure it is all charged up and ready to go in case we lose power. Come on Spring!
Last week Linda from Stitch Lines shared a beautiful mini project of something that has been on my bucket list for a long time! These are little ½” hexies done with a modern hexagon approach which is the way I would do them, check out her post!
I’m not big on handwork but…..I have been watching a lot of Netflix at night lately.
Something else that is fun to do is turn scraps into quilt blocks! Jocelyn from Canadian Needle Nana shared some wonky log cabin blocks that is a UFO she wants to finish. Wonky blocks are always a stress free way to quilt and great for beginners.
Thanks for sharing and please grab a Featured button. Visit the Linky Tuesday page for the buttons.
