A couple months ago Afton from Quilting Mod announced a challenge to use the Art Gallery Fabrics collection called Round Elements in a finished project that would be shared the first week in October. Well you know me…….FREE fabric…..of course I couldn’t wait to take part in the challenge! Eight different bloggers were picked and will take part in the Link up party this week. You can take a look at the Challenge page to see who they are.
If you have made a project with the Art Gallery Fabrics Round Elements collection you can also link up.
Here are the beautiful fabrics I received. I used 9 of the 12 fabrics in my table runner along with a white Kona cotton. You can find the Round Elements collection at the Fat Quarter Shop on line and also at many of your local quilt stores.
I used Warm & Natural batting and did a simple free motion design on my table runner. Wouldn’t this be fun for a child’s room or a birthday party!
The size of my Round Elements table runner is 18 x 42. I used my Piano Keys Table Runner pattern which you can find in my shop.
I want to thank Afton and AGF Studio for the chance to work with these fun fabrics! Be sure to visit the QM Challenge Link-Up. It will be fun to see what everyone has made with the Round Elements collection!
