I didn’t plan on taking a couple days off from blogging……guess I was reading a good book and working on a new upcoming tutorial and just forgot to blog!
I also put Celtic Solstice on my quilt frame and started on it. Several have asked about my setup and I have written about it before. I am using a vintage 15-91 Singer which is just a standard sewing machine. I put it on a Handiquilter frame. There isn’t a lot of room for quilting, the harp size isn’t very big so I usually just do a medium to large size stippling on my quilts. Since this quilt has so many pieces and colors this type of quilting works well.
I usually have the curtains open so I can look out at the river.
Sigh…..computer problems…..how come things can’t go right the first time….or the second. It was time to update my anti-virus software so I bought it, uninstalled my old and……can’t get the new to work. So I have NO anti-virus software working at the moment. I sent a email for help so hopefully they will get back to me and I can get things working. Once that happens I will try the same thing on my dad’s Windows 8 computer………..ugh.
We are just getting ready to go meet one of Bob’s daughters and family for lunch at his favorite pizza place…..Rostrelli’s in Clinton…..I’ll have the salad bar.
It might be my imagination but I feel like I have more energy and I’m not so bloated already. Hopefully the hypothyroidism medication is working! I also started doing the Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds again and it is definitely better than the treadmill! Gotta go.
