Here is my Easy Street quilt and I am entering it in the Blogger’s Quilt Festival in the Bed Quilts Category. You will be able to vote for your favorite quilts and read more about them here.
It is a big one! 96 x 96 inches. If you missed my post showing how I quilted Easy Street you can find it here.
It is always fun to show a quilt outside.
This is one big quilt and there are a gazillion pieces in it! This was a mystery quilt that Bonnie Hunter did last November. Each year she does one and they are so much fun! I am also doing her new one that is in Quiltmaker magazine called Lazy Sunday Mystery – you can see what I’ve done so far by clicking on the link.
What a perfect quilt for summer!
Here you can see the quilting on the front and on the back.
In January I finished my first Easy Street quilt that I called Tangerine Easy Street. I really like it in both colors and you can see this one is smaller. In the post I have a picture of it laying on my bed….it was a lot easier to quilt! This quilt is down on the shore on the ice………we still have a flooded river and no shore right now.
